Karen and Georgia are amazing and made our visit special. They saw to our needs, ensured that we felt heard in looking for the special ring my wife needed. Honestly the best service I’ve received from any store this whole year, they should be proud of the service they gave us both!

Rachel was a joy to deal with. She made our experience and choices very easily. She had great patience with us as it’s our 25th wedding anniversary and although we were looking silver jewellery. I only have experience with gold, she took her time and helped. We even had to have a break and get some lunch. Rachel then asked Georgia to assist with ring sizing. All that we put the lovely ladies through was no trouble for them. They had a smile throughout. I’m not sure I would have had their patience. Truly a great team.
I went in with my fiancé on Tuesday morning to look for a new necklace chain that fits a pendant I bought for my partner. The staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. I’ve been to other jewellers and had bad experiences, so this was a nice change. I’ll definitely be back next time I need some new jewellery
Georgia at Michael Hill provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, communicated clearly and was very helpful when I had an issue with a ring I purchased. She made the whole process easy and I’m really happy with the outcome.
