Terrible Experience - Avoid if You Value Your Time and Sanity I cannot express how disappointed I am with Dr. Heeg Optometry, and frankly, I'm done subjecting myself to their abysmal front desk staff. This office is a chaotic mess from the moment you walk in. The waiting area is constantly overrun with patients, leading to crowded seating and noticeably poor ventilation.
