Attended an excellent training by Mike - How to Handle Uncomfortable Situations Effectively. He was very clear and easy to understand. He provided helpful materials as well. We learned useful skills like listening effectively to build collaboration both at work and in personal situations. He taught science-based techniques to lower your own stress levels and de-escalate situations. Thank you, Mike! I’ll be recommending your future trainings to my colleagues.

HIGHLY Recommend!! I saw a webinar and it was the best hour I have spent in training in quite a long time. The information presented was valuable and easily transferable into my daily life. Our Estate Planning Council had Mike Gregory address us as one of our main platform speakers. He was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. Some of his topics were: How to de-esclalate and resolve conflicts with clients, associates and others, how to work with the IRS, leadership and opportunity, as well as technical topics related to tax issues.
