Attended an excellent training by Mike - How to Handle Uncomfortable Situations Effectively. He was very clear and easy to understand. He provided helpful materials as well. We learned useful skills like listening effectively to build collaboration both at work and in personal situations. Our Estate Planning Council had Mike Gregory address us as one of our main platform speakers. He was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging.
