Excellent Urologist. Dr Wierschem has been my doctor for many years and hope he will be for many more.
I've been seeing Dr. Wierschem for about 12 years. He understands my issues and prescribes reasonable care alternatives.

I was seen on time. Very professional as well as friendly.
Don’t recommend this office AT ALL. TERRIBLE staff. Unresponsive. Don’t answer the phones or respond to messages. I tried booking online and left several messages and no response. When I finally got the appointment and showed up the girl told me I didn’t have one. Thankfully I knew the name of the person I spoke to and it was resolved. Very very rude staff. I would NEVER recommend them. I had no option since I needed the Foley catheter inserted by hospital to be removed. Will go to someone else.

My primary care physician referred me to Wierschem as a precaution as a result of a recommendation of my attending doctor during a recent hospital stay. Wierschem recommended that I get a MRI at a different facility which was later challenged and rejected by my insurance provider. I feel this doctor's bedside manner definitely needs to be checked. The much bigger problem that I experienced was the obvious inexperience and unprofessional support staff that the doctor employ at his office.
Absolutely horrible office staff! they don't answer phone calls, they don't return messages left with their answering service or emails requesting appointments. I tried to contact them 5 times for an appointment and still no answer whatsoever.
This doctor is very good, and I really appreciate all he did to work with the insurance company. I would recommend him for sure.
Very nice staff. Wow, I showed up a little early and they ended up seeing me 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Dr. Wierschem is a great doctor. He is very caring, thorough, and explains everything in easy to understand terms. Great experience!
