They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
