Beware!! When you tell them before every visit to only do what insurance covers they DO NOT check and will bill you anyways. Did not send bill in the mail sent straight to collections. When I called to inquire why there was a bill for X-rays manager argued and hung up on me after I said to cancel future appointments. This is no way to do business. You just lost 3 Zionsville customers.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and overall my experience has been good. I feel like they may have changed ownership or possibly or trying out new policies. My last appointment wasn’t as pleasant. My teeth cleaning was far more painful than it had been in the past visits. Maybe they were trying to rush. Previously, they also would offer me different Flavors of prophy paste and fluoride and that wasn't an option this last visit.
Park 100 Dental is great! Their staff are friendly and my teeth feel great!
