I recently had cataract surgery completed. On the day of my follow up appt my driver cancelled on me at the last minute. It took me a few minutes to find another driver however we were going to somewhere between late and very late. That was when my phone rang and the Dr had his nurse call to see if we were coming or not. I said yes we were and he and his staff waited for me to arrive on their time as I was their last appt, It really made me feel good that I was important enough to wait for.
The whole staff, from front desk to assistant, are so personable. The office runs like a well-oiled machine!
Dr. Feilmeier is very professional and explained everything to me.

I am really grateful for the physicians and staff at Midwest Eye Care. I had some unexpected and serious issues with my eyes over the last six months. After procedures and follow up, I got my vision back to normal.
Computer in the first examination room didn’t work. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.
Dr. Feilmeier is personable and had new insights for my condition. My only complaint is that it felt like he was in a hurry. He stayed long enough to answer my questions, but if I hadn't felt I needed to hurry my questions, I may have been able to convey additional pertinent information which may have led to greater insights.
He is considerate and explains everything throughly. Good “bedside” manner. Recommend.
