Dr. Feilmeier has always been a great listener, very concerned and empathetic. He is very personable and takes the time to answer my questions clearly. He is friendly and enthusiastic explaining any aspect of the procedure at hand and freely offers options allowing me to choose the course of action that works best for me. Staff and doctor were very friendly caring, and thorough. During tests they made sure I was comfortable. Also made sure I understood follow-up directions. I was treated like a patient and not just a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Feilmeier and this office.
Dr. Feilmeier always has a smile and warm greeting entering the room. I have the highest respect for this man. He listens, knows what needs to be done, and explains things so you know exactly what he is talking about.
Having to wait an hour for my appointment. New receptionist did not get me checked in correctly.
