Everything great as usual. The entire team does a great job.
Dr Lenis is very personable. Spends the time necessary to explain what’s going on. What the next steps are, if any. And thus far been spot on. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist.
Dr. Linus was fine upon first meeting and description of the procedure he would perform (cardio catheterization). However, after surgery, my mom was taken to recovery with a nicked femoral artery and she was slowly bleeding out for over an hour. It wasn’t until recovery staff couldn’t control the bleeding that emergency staff were notified and she then had to await for a Vascular surgeon to become available to correct the mistake. With no medical concerns at the time of visit, my time with Dr Lenis was short. However, I did have to wait approx 45 minutes to see him.
Dr Lenis is really nice, listens to my concerns and questions and is able to zero in on an explanation that i can understand and addresses my question. And it's not just Dr Lenis but all the staff, nurses and other doctors at Ascension Seton Heart. They are all super nice and caring. They make medical visits pleasant.
