Poor dental office. Lack of communication, time spent, etc. Did not even use an assistant for my major cavity work done. Projects a doesn't care attitude. X-rays were not done correctly, according to my next dentist. Stay far away.
He might do a great job, but he won't tell you how much it costs until he does it. My wife and I had no dental insurance and that was why we went with Dr. Krause. She needed a root canal done and we were quoted a price so cheap that we could not refuse. I wish we would have. I never that it took five visits to do a root canal and put in a filling. Went to Dr. Krause about 10 years ago. I have gum recession and this dentist made a recommendation but was a total lunatic about my gum recession. His office even called me at work requesting me to schedule my next cleaning appointment . I refuse to see this looney again.
Dr. Krause has done a great job the past 10 years for me and my family. He is very personable with both the adults and kids. He works around two diverse working schedules. His staff are friendly and kind. We are very happy that Dr. Krause is our dentist!!!! We would and do recommend him!!!
Dr. Krause is the best I would trust him till the end. Billing and procedures have been no pain, and his cost is very low. I am very happy and tell everyone that I know about his great service.
My whole family has been going to see Dr. Joseph Franco at Dr. Krause's office. We love his service. He is nice and good. The clinic has been remodeled and it's nice. The staff there always make us feel welcomed. They are very friendly too. Totally recommended~! They are the best around here for sure!
