Dr.Egan was wonderful. He explained everything very clearly for me to understand.
So disappointed with Dr. Michael Eagan and his personal. We drove three hours for an 8:00 am appointment. We got there at 7:30 am and I waited one an a half hour. When asked his staff why hadn't I been called when many other patients who came after were called first. The nurse said that is the doctor's decision to decide which patient is seen before. Dr Eagan operated on me a total of 5 times for my tibia and fibia fracture with compartment syndrome. If you don’t know what that is (I had never heard of it) look it up. He saved my leg and did an amazing job. Even my scars look nice and no staples. He was never rushed and always gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions, explained everything to me, let me take pictures and videos of my X-rays. Rude doesn't explain anything correctly . Did horrible for my son. Scared my son and disrespectful to my special needs child.Never again will he see my son.
