Dr. Janssen explained my neck issues very clearly. He made it easy for me to understand why I'm having pain and assured me that he can help. I appreciate him and look forward to feeling better soon.
There overall record keep is lacking. I also called about the images that were needed for the consult and was told they had the images they needed. Once in the exam area I was told they were missing the xrays. I had to wait over an hour to get the image to the doctor. Because the images were not there the doctor did not have the time to go over my options in details and answer the numerious questions I had. I would not let this guy operate on me again if he were the last surgeon on earth! Not only is that my words but the exact words of the Imaging Tech who worked at the hospital where Dr. Janssen did his surgeries! During the whole process of setting up the surgery I spoke with Dr. Janssen for 5 minutes and he acted angry that he had to spend those 5 minutes talking to me. Every person I encountered, from reception to Dr Janssen was kind, caring and helpful. Dr Janssen took time to explain my physical issues and what could be done to fix them with a warm caring demeanor. I felt I was not talked down to but given clear precise information and treatment offers. Highly recommend.
Contacted Dr. Janssen's office, got MRI then appt. The mechanical degenerative process was explained so that I understood the problem and the surgical solution which was offered without pressure to have it.
Dr Janssen is always very forthcoming in his opinion. Much appreciated! The facility is always well run, courteous and efficient. We have and will continue to recommend to others.
