Dr Janssen and the whole staff is very caring. He takes the time to go over all options. I'm very appreciative and would and have recommended him.
I finally feel confident that I’ve chosen the right dr for an issue in my neck that I’ve had for years. I felt listened to and I could tell he is very knowledgeable.
Dr Janssen was recommended by a friend who had very successful surgery. This visit was to get a second opinion and a clearer understanding of my condition. Dr Janssen reviewed my previous imaging and explained that I have two unrelated issues and possible progression, treatments. I was impressed with his straightforward approach and thoroughness. I highly recommend.
His PA, Rachel is Not A Professional either. Steer clear of this practice.

Dr. Janssen explained my neck issues very clearly. He made it easy for me to understand why I'm having pain and assured me that he can help. I appreciate him and look forward to feeling better soon.
There overall record keep is lacking. I also called about the images that were needed for the consult and was told they had the images they needed. Once in the exam area I was told they were missing the xrays. I had to wait over an hour to get the image to the doctor. Because the images were not there the doctor did not have the time to go over my options in details and answer the numerious questions I had.
