Dr. Janssen explained my injury in the area of my neck. Surgery was recommended and we discussed the procedure. He made me feel at ease with having to proceed, the surgery will be scheduled in the near future.
Received the best care, and was very impressed with the above and beyond steps that Michelle helped us with getting that care!!!
