Dr Dolphin treated me for a herniated disk in my L4/L5 vertebrae. The disk was pushing on my Sciatic nerve and cause severe pain anytime I sat or laid down for a period of time. He worked with me to first see if localized injections would solve my issue and reverted to surgery only after it was clear that it was necessary. The care from the nursing staff and related specialists were top notch. Recovery was relatively quick and I’ve been leg pain free since the operation.

I had debilitated back pain for 6 months. I received 2 steroid injections in my back for the pain to come right back after a few weeks. Dr. Dolphin did a microdiscectomy and I am back to my 100 percent self. I have no more sciatic pain. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

I was seeking a 2nd opinion on my back pain when I found Dr. Dolphin. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Dolphin I felt like help was just around the corner. He sat down with me and went over the MRI and he explained the cause of my pain and the options that I had for relief. "WE" decided to try a less invasive procedure. Two weeks after the procedure I am back to work with no restrictions. My back pain is about 80% better and I can now walk and exercise to hopefully get the other 20% back without goi

Awesome bedside manor, qiuck, curtious, very exerienced, explains everything. He is a blessing to me with my herniated disc. I suffered for months in dibilatating pain living off of pain meds that were doing me no good, my body had adjusted to them. From the start Dr. Dolphin said he would fix me and with a very short surgey he did. Im 45 days out of my surgery and no pain. I am 100% myself. I highly recomend him.

Ten months of right leg pain that got to the point where I couldn't sit and go more than five miles. Two other doctors prescribed shots and exercises. A friend recommended Dr. Dolphin. After a fifty-five minute surgery, my pain has been gone for thirty days. I injured my back in August of 2016. After seeing X-ray and MRI results, my medical Dr. suggested seeing Dr. Dolphin. He did anterior/posterior lumbar fusion and I was pain free the day after surgery. Dr. Dolphin and his entire staff were so professional and efficient, I highly recommend them to anyone having back or leg pain. My pain was so bad I could hardly walk and I was back to work driving a semi in July of this year. Thank you Dr. dolphin and staff!

Dr. Dolphin performed a microdiscectomy on my lower back. I was home the same day. After a few days of rest, I was back almost to 100%. My leg pain was gone from day 1. Truly a great experience with Dr. Dolphin. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Dolphin was very thorough and very kind. He preformed a lumbar laminectomy on me on August 28, I remained in the hospital overnight, recovered at home for the next couple of weeks and then began physical therapy. By Sept. 24, I was hiking with my family in the Smoky Mountains! The expertise and care of he and his staff were excellent!
