Couldn't ask for a better experience. I needed a pendant repaired. It wasn't worth much in dollars but the sentimental value was priceless. Mr. Dickey handled it respectfully and discussed my repair options, stating approximate price and length of time required for each option. I left a happy person with a perfect pendant. This is now the only place I will go for future repairs or jewelry design.
Michael has been creating 1 billion jewelry for me for over 30 years. I stopped in to see him yesterday and had a good long talk with him, but the business about missing Gail and his plans for future. Michael has always been her and always will be a good friend and my personal jeweler.

Took my wedding rings in for repair and cleaning. Mike did a better then wonderful job fixing and cleaning. They look better then when I got them over 23 years ago. He went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and yes, we will be going back!
