Dr Cognurn is an excellent
Dr. Cogburn seems competent, but I did not feel comfortable during my exam. I got a decent but not thorough skin check and absolutely no review of my family history or personal history though I've seen a colleague in his office. There was no follow-up about previous visits/concerns and no education about skin care even though I have a family history of pretty serious skin cancer, which is in my chart. Not a bad visit, but disappointing. LONG wait times. I will not return to him.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Cogburn since the mid 80s. We have found him to be very professional and always encourages us to take proper caution in dealing with the sun and other skin issues. We highly recommend him.
He has taken precancerous spots off of my husband and me. He has done some cosmetic procedures for me. We have annual visits. He is a friend as well as physician. He is professional in his demeanor. We always recommend Dr. Cogburn to friends.
I have been using Dr. Cogburn for many years. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest. He has treated me for several skin cancers and now is helping me keep a "youthful" appearance. Good job!!
One of the strangest doctors I have every met. Won't make eye contact. Won't interact with patient other then to talk with his staff about how funny and supposedly skilled he is. Looks like he's had too many facelifts - not a good look for a plastic surgeon. Little regard for patient's history. I spent almost $1000 on a process and cannot see anything different. Completely missed the one area I was interested in fixing. Not a positive experience, obviously.
I Am Me Again! Our entire family have been patients for years. After a life changing illness I needed the stress removed from my face. Dr. Cogburn studied my face and saw the youthful me underneath and brought it back to the surface. I can now walk with my head up and a smile on my face. I look like me, not a plastic version of me, a youthful .. happier me. He and his caring staff make me feel important and take the time to educate on the harmful effects of the sun so I can keep my family safe.
They leave unnecessarily large scars, and charge too much to do it.
