Dr. Yates, along with Dr. Richardson, Dr. Paul Dang and Dr. Jack Gleason worked together to save my life in 2014. Familiar with Dr. Yates’ work, I contacted him after an unfortunate surgery that left me with jagged, painful scars and other disfigurement. He agreed to help me in spite of the fact that most surgeons won’t do revisions of other doctors’ inferior work. A couple of surgeries resulted in a dramatic improvement. Dr. Yates is a skilled surgeon who made a real effort to help me. He and his staff were unfailingly kind and supportive throughout the process.
I did not have a good experience with this doctor. He was very condescending and rude and I am not happy with the results of my procedure. I would not recommend him.
I had the worst experience with this office. I had my initial consultation (which I had to pay for) and booked my procedure for 6 weeks later, because that was the soonest they could do it. I took half a day off work and drove an hour to get there. When the tech came to get me, she asked me questions about my medical history then said she would have to talk to Dr Yates to be sure he knew about a condition I have. Dr. Yates removed and replaced my silicone implants and did a breast lift. He did an absolutely amazing job!! I am beyond happy with my results! From the moment I walked in for my first consult to the moment I completed my final follow-up, his entire staff was wonderful! His surgery nurse, Janet called me every day after my surgery to check on me. I feel like I really matter to this office. Full facial rejuvenation, neck and eyelid lift. Everyone was professional and caring I had no complications. Friends and family all love it. Wondering if I am doing my hair differently and why I look so great. Only Dr. Yates knows for sure!

Very friendly and caring. He listens to what the patient wants. Since I was a special case, he took the time to contact my other doctor to gain a deeper understanding of my condition. Very skilled doctor. My results exceeded my expectations!
He is the one of the nicest Doctors I have crossed paths with. My family thank God for him daily for the joy that he has put in our hearts . After seeing the results of our child’s surgery. His bed side manners were unbelievable. He had no problems explaining our concerns to us. He is just a blessing.
