It's time for Dr. Michael Lutz to retire. I found him to be lacking attention to detail, unorganized, a poor listener, dismissive, and lacking concern.
One of the worst doctors I have seen. He told me I may have cancer without any confirmation or further testing. When I asked for my records of my images, he dismissed me after grumbling something that made it sound difficult to acquire them and didn’t help me receive them which is required by law. He, at one point, contradicted what he told me last year regarding treatment.
