Went to Dr. Livingston with plantar fasciitas. I saw him the first time and gave me a cheap pair of Orthotics that cost me $40. He also gave a a cortizone shot, which did nothing. Went back a week later and he insisted on fitting me for $400 custom orthotics. Between both visits he spent no more than 3 minutes with me. He Insisted I come back once a week. Both visits I was on time and had to wait about 45 minutes.
