The office pressures you to pay extra $40 for a special machine instead of dilation. In the past I've only had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be checked after dilation & today Dr. Melissa was very rude when I said dilation & she made me wait 45min before checking my eyes again. If waiting 45min is the policy, it should be clearly stated when asked which option you'd prefer.
