Didn't interact with him very much but he seemed nice so that's why I put a three it wasn't because of his way he acted or talked or anything it's just because we didn't get to say much to each other
Wonderful at providing all the info in an understanding manner instead of assuming you understand the medical jargon and his use of analogies and diagrams to clarify what is needed, why, and what is happening, why, and what needs to be done and why, like comparing the bladder to a tank of gas and showing pictures to make it more understandable in terms I understood
