Dr Garr was very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Garr as a cardiologist.
I just recently saw an article on Dr Garr that he has been named to Mpls.St Paul Magazine’s Top Doctors list for 12 consecutive years…and that doesn’t surprise me at all…he is not only a top cardiologist but also a very caring physician and makes sure you understand everything he goes over! He is totally patient centered and always has time to listen to any concerns you might have,,, I have been seeing him for years and I’ve never had such professional and genuine care.
