This was the first eye doctor that I have been to that ordered 3 different test lenses for me before we decided on the best fit. I have an odd prescription so it is difficult to fit me for contacts. I am seeing better now than I have in years. Definitely will be going back next year.
I was a patient for 2 years and will not be returning. Dr. Zac was good and the front desk was nice but when it comes to the other office staff, it was a horrible experience. They charged me for contacts and did not ever order them for me and it wasn't until I called them three times to get the money back and ordered them myself. I also had my lenses replaced and asked them to replace the screws and hinges on the glasses as they were lose. She said it was no problem.
