Love dr mc mains! He is blunt to the point tells me everything i need to know about this disease. His PA Alex is amazing also he is the more personable but when I needed to trust someone to cut my neck open I asked who is the biggest most arrogant god complex having butthole ish surgeon? Very professional and great bedside manner. Compassionate and he took extra time to make sure I understood everything before ending our visit. Also he pointed out things another doctor didn’t
