I gave the rating of 5 stars simply because the hygienist is amazing and does her job well also Dr. Lloyd is wonderful as well. However, to the OFFICE MANAGER who decided to call my phone and speak to me in a hostile tone, should really be talked to in how to be professional and to not talk with her feelings involved. I dont know what you thought but I’m going to say you were having a bad day. But please don’t ever do that again.
First time there today; wonderful service! The hygienist took her time with me, explained a lot of things to me I didn't know, and surprisingly kind of massaged my gums after cleaning my teeth, I really loved that. And Dr. Wilson was just amazing and helped me booked an appointment with an orthodontist for additional services. 🥰
I generally receive very pleasant and helpful services with this particular dental care office, which I highly recommend.
