I was called back about 10 minutes before my appmnt time and Dr Bratsch came in within a few minutes! As always he greeted with a smile and ask how I was. He ask about my meds and proceeded with the exam. I have been a patient of his for several years and he has always been a great Dr. I live quite a distance from the office but I take the drive because he is the best.
