I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, yet I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation. No one had the courtesy to let me know the doctor was running late until I asked multiple times what was going on. Only then did they casually mention the delay. When I asked to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another 3.5 months—completely unacceptable. Dr Bratsch has always been a very good doctor and listens to my questions and concerns and bis nurse [...] is the same. Very patient, takes her time and great bed side manner.
