Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? A little. I kept hoping it would go away. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

patient beware they are a non-contracted provider which in laymans terms they can charge you whatever they want and your responsible....since they don't answer to the insurance companies makes this possible for them..for instance I would like to give the docs a free oilchange on there vehicles then send them the bill for $6, see how they like it (oh yea financing available of course)..not reputible, but not illegal either,,,patient beware

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider show attention to detail? Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

they lied to me and screwed me out of about 5,000 they told me my insurance would cover all costs then sent me the bill. i will never refer any one to these prople. nor will i ever go back.
