Staff is rude and incompetent. It took them six tries to get my prescriptions properly ordered. When I inquired if my referral was sent after being told by the IPA that it hadn't been, and I had received nothing in the mail, staff member gets defensive, then repeatedly reads me back the authorization number incorrectly. When I point out that she is switching two of the numbers, she gets defensive again. Dr. Basch seems to be alright so far though.
