Great Dr we been with him for over 10 years highly recommend
DR. BAUSCH fit me for a Dr. What I can't do is a rude office staff. Everytime I called I was treated like I don't know what I'm talking about. I called for a medical note and was told im wrong you don't know what your talking about. Ended up I was right. Got my note for work. We called to pay a bill and was told we didn't dail the extention on my bill. Explained there is no extention on my bill. Dr. Basch and his staff would get a 10 star rating from me if I could give that rating to him and the staff. Dr. Basch is a great Doctor. He has helped me through some medical issues that have changed my life! He has always been able to make me feel positive and informed about my health. I am glad that he is my Doctor. The staff there is caring and very helpful, when I have a question and need to call the office. They take time to get me an answer and call me back if they need to. The worst staff ever, they should not be working in a medical field, I have seen front office girl place patients on hold to finish her paperwork or wonders around the office. if you need anything from prescriptions to X-rays and lab work, takes minimum of 2-3 calls in order for them to get it right and send it through, absolutely the most incompetent staff, also rude and very disrespectful at times and they talk back to you . Every time I visit the office staff is very polite and so courteous to me. The wait time is below average which is great. Dr. Basch himself takes the time to actually find out what is wrong and he cares and asks appropriate questions. I recommend this Dr office.
