This provider was very efficient and she made me feel like I was a part of of care. She listened to my concerns and issues I had about a current medication that I was taken. She provided options that I could explore with the concern that I had.
Dr. Clay is the best family doctor around. Great beside manner, great staff and never had to wait too long. Explains everything very well and cares about his patients.
Scheduled a wellness visit on line. Provided my Medicare cards before visit. Went to appointment which was underwhelming at best. Later was billed for part of the appointment because it was coded by the doctor wrong 'not a wellness visit' Dr's recollection of appointment was much different than mine. Asked for it to be recoded and resubmitted. Was told no. They admitted it was their mistake but refused to do the right thing and expunge the charge. Pretty much said tuff luck. Dr. Dietz was very kind and listened to my answers to her questions without interrupting or talking over me.
Dr. Dietz is an excellent position who's attentive, thorough and helpful in every area in a word, the consummate physician
Since Dr. Malhotra moved from my area to Patterson Ave., I am willingly travelling quite a distance to see her. I love her and I do not want to lose her as my doctor!
Dr. Dietz is remarkable. I was a patient previously and very grateful to be again
