Dr. Arcarese would be what I call the consummate professional. He combines all the attributes of the ideal physician. Besides being a superb clinician, he listens to his patients, is attentive to their needs and is kind and personable. His office is efficient and responsive. Ms. Brown, his receptionist, is always a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Arcarese comes highly recommended and will not disappoint.
I've been a patient for nearly 10 years. Dr Arcarese is friendly and professional. We have open and frank discussions. He listens and doesn't impose his views. He has performed surgery which was a prerequiste for an ablation by another doctor. Above all he treats my wife who 'loves' him!
Dr Arcarese connects with me and spends time listening and examining in an unhurried manner. I feel well taken care of with him as my cardiologist.

From check in to end of visit, everyone is congenial, smiling and helpful. Dr Arcareese is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He will always listen to your questions and always gives you the final say in how your treatment proceeds.
It would be extremely difficult to find a better Cardiologist in Virginia. Dr. Arcarese is not only extremely skilled but he is very thorough, kind and passionate about his work. I brought my mother to Richmond from Lynchburg and Dr. Arcarese saved her life. It was the best decision my sister and I could have made and we will be forever grateful to him. Dr. Arcarese is a problem solver and he will leave no stone unturned.
Dr. Arcarese has such an easy going manner about him, I always feel like I am talking to an old friend. He is sincerely concerned about my health and takes the time to really listen to my concerns.
