I have been going to tidelands for about 4 years. First with Dr. Mark Rowley and now with Michael Alvarado. I have found them and their staff to be pleasant. Michael Alvarado is professional and listens patiently when you tell him what is wrong.

He did a bi lateral injection in my back. In the past had horrible experience, he however was amazing. Patient listened and told me everything going on. I was such a basket case. I would go back to him anytime for anything I need. HE IS AMAZING 👏

I began my treatment with a different doctor over seven years ago. Unfortunately, due to various reasons, including issues with Tidelands Health, that doctor relocated. Despite receiving warnings about the challenges of transitioning care, I chose to stay with Tidelands and was eventually transferred to Dr. Alvarado. Dr. Michael Alvardo is the kindest doctor. The staff there is wonderful. I highly recommend this outstanding place.
