What a relief. My wife and I are new patients and very picky with doctors and dentists. Mr Altergott is a kind and gentle man, the type you want in your mouth. He does the cleaning and examination. You have got to see the hair, I love it. Go see Dr. Altergott, you will be happy you did. If I had to find something to be critical about...maybe get a new couch. lol.
My son and I have been to Dr. Altergott's office for x-rays and dental cleaning, my son once and myself twice in the past year. The staff were great and Dr. Altergott was fantastic. Very professional yet personable at the same time. And I found out I can get my teeth whitened there for a very reasonable price! I would recommend him to anyone. I have always gone to Dr.Altergott. He is very pateint, especally if you have a fear of dentists!!! He is a great guy, and i highly reccomend him and his staff
Dr. Altergott is wonderful. He was able to get me in on an emergency basis, same day and has always been so nice! I also took my difficult 3 year old for her first check up and he dealt with her fantastically. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Julie B.
I HAVE KNOWN DR. ALTERGOTT FOR AWHILE AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE ANYTIME I HAD A TOOTH PROBLEM. HE IS THE KINDEST MOST GENTLE DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I WOULD DEFINITLEY SEND ANYONE THERE AND KNOW THAT THEY WOULD BE TREATED LIKE A QUEEN OR KING! I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS STAFF!
Gentle technique, accepts almost all PPOs. I moved to San Diego and still go back to him every six months. Be sure to ask for him personally. I cannot vouch for the others.
Always pleasant. Doesn't recommend unneccessary procedures, extremely ethical. My daughter was seen in Sacramento by a less than ethical dental group and told her she had 11 cavities that needed to be fixed immediately. She saw Dr. Altergott who reviewed all xrays and examined her carefully and he found NO cavities! She has done very well since. You can trust Dr. Altergott
Such a nice dentist! I would reccomend Dr Altergott to everyone who is afraid to go to the dentist because he is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. After one visit, he will feel like an old friend :) A+++
He often does the cleaning himself rather than delegate it to the hygenist, and he has a light and painless touch.
