Dr. Mike is a very Smart 38 year old nice talking guy who is very likable and I got caught Trusting Him. He Charged me 15,000 for Porcelain Crowns that we agreed to but he installed Zarconia Bulky, Foreign Feeling Crowns that I had to to pay another Dentist $9820 to Remove and put in the Porcelain as those Zarconia were so thick I was in pain for 8 weeks before they were removed. He also lied and said I had to get Root canals or I would lose the crowns if I needed a root canal going forward on 2 teeth then he said he had to ... read more
I never thoughts after many years it would come to this....... the beginning was beautiful but overtime service changed. The front desk staff needs to be trained twice a year. Customer service means nothing to them. Question. Is it about MONEY or your patients care? Life happens and if you need to cancel your appointment a few hours before your appointment that should not lead to charges life happens especially from one of your longtime patients who never misses an appointment. He's all about the money, and does a horrible job. My mother went to him and he ripped her off for thousands. DON'T GO TO HIM!!!
I had a great experience. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and professional, especially Xhensila who took care of me, she is a perfectionist, very pleasant and gentle, caring and attentive! She made me feel very comfortable and calm! Great dental experience! Great job!
