I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
