Dr. Troiano, save my foot from amputation. I had a severe diabetic foot infection. After a year of on and off surgeries to save my foot. I am on the mend thanks to his entire staff and caring attitude.
Dr Michael Troiano DPM performed foot surgery on 6/27/25 for me and I won't know the final results for a few months, but up to this point, he is one of the best doctors I have ever had, my top doc! Wonderful, caring, and gives 100% plus of his time and expertise! I will need to update after I am healed, as of now, I am in a cast and can't walk or test out my new foot for about 3 months, but I am feeling very hopeful!
Dr. Troiano literally saved my foot. I had an infection from an Achilles surgery that wouldn't heal and was a raging angry open wound. I couldn't get anyone to "touch it", I went to wound care, my original surgeon and even my general practitioner. A friend referred me to Dr. Troiano and within a week he had seen me in the office and scheduled me for surgery. My first and last visit wasn't friendly l. My doctors office didn't fax my referral over to be seen. I tried for 45 mins to get this fix. After paying for parking and taking off from work. Minimum help from anyone in the off, I was then told to reschedule. This was my first visit ever.
