I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. When I arrived, they asked me to fill out a form, which took about 15 minutes. After that, I waited nearly half an hour, and no one came to check on me or explain the delay. When I finally asked the front desk, the staff told me that because I took “a long time” (15 minutes!) to fill out the form, they weren’t sure when I would be seen — and that I’d probably need to wait another 30–40 minutes. He reschedules often if it is a Friday. Be aware that they can also take their time & you wait a while in the lobby. They “try” to not do that but inevitably, sometimes there’s an hour wait or more. As an eye doctor, I have complete confidence in him. He did a great lasik on my eyes 20 years ago and it still is working. When it comes to scheduling, & recently the bedside manner, hasn’t been as good, overall.
This office has a lot of modern equipment. I found the staff to be knowledge. I am giving a low rating based on a qualified Medical exam (QME) that was provided. A QME is required to settle a workers comp injury claim in the state of California. Physicians have to apply to the state Board of industrial relations to become a QME provider. Inaccurate medical advice. Expectations that he stated were not fulfilled and only made matters worse. Would not recommend for any eye care/cornea surgery
