Just had my first appointment there. Extremely nice people. And seem to know what they are doing. They take the time to explain the benefits you have while you are there. And to think, I was so hesitant to use the VA!
I recently visited the VA Clinic in Hermitage, PA, and I have to say, Melody at the front desk went above and beyond. She was not only extremely helpful but also incredibly knowledgeable.
