Dr. Costello is the essence of professionalism. As usual he went above my expectations. I am always pleased with his care and his staff is exceptional.
Cocky and condescending attitude. I went in for a consultation about wisdom teeth extraction. I asked him questions such as If I leave that horizontal tooth there will it move and push on to the tooth next to it. His answer was that every other patient asks the same questions and that he cannot predict the future. I mean excuse me for asking dumb questions as he made me feel. He then answer the that I would have to keep watching that tooth because it can cause damage to the tooth next to it. o_o
Dr. Costello demonstrated his above average medical skills when he knew immediately my son had a more serious condition than just wisdom tooth pain. He was gentle in his delivery in communicating that our son needed a biopsy. He is one of the best in his field. Thanks to Dr. Costello, our son has been treated and has avoided any serious permanent damage to his jaw.
Dr. Costello explained procedure fully and took the time to answer all my questions regarding such until I was satisfied. His staff was very professional and helpful. Most importantly, I am happy with the results of his work.
