The initial extraction was easy and professional. The follow up was spotty. The doctor didn't initially prescribe the antibiotic mouth wash until I called with pain 5 days later and got one of the other doctors in the practice who couldn't explain why I hadn't been prescribed it originally. Then when I arranged a third contact on day 8 and visited the office with pain that prevented me from eating, sleeping, walking, working, or daily functioning, the doctor told me I should just take claritin because I probably just suddenl... read more
YES, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. COSTELLO AND HIS STAFF. HE EXTRACTED MY MOLAR USING ON.Y LOCAL ANESTHESIA WITHOUT PAIN, AND IN A FRIENDLY MANNER DEMONSTRATING SIGNIFICANT EXPERTISE.
Dr. Costello and his team were amazing. The customer services were far and above my expectations. The office worked hand and hand with my dentist to have my work completed before the holidays. Dr. Costello kept me informed of every step of the procedure. I can’t say enough how pleased i’am of my experience. Highly recommend!
I went to see Dr Costello for extraction of a baby tooth and possibly an implanting replace it. I was very anxious I had heard awful stories from others. My experience with Dr Costello was excellent from consultation, to extraction to post placement for an implant. If I knew it was going to be so easy, pain free and pleasant. I wish I had done this year's ago. I highly recommend Dr Costello and his office staff is excellent also!
I was initially seen by Dr. Costello in the Maywood Office, but had the procedure done in the Franklin Lakes Office. It was the first time I went to him. The experience exceeded my expectations. Pain free, and surprisingly (for me), no swelling or black eye. I knew in advance what the out of pocket was going to be. I followed the post procedure instructions, including ice packs. I highly recommend Dr. Costello, and will go back to him if I need oral surgery again.
