I was already a nervous wreck going into my wisdom teeth extraction, but appeased myself that at least I'd be knocked out for the procedure. However, due to a misunderstanding--on my part--I found out the morning of my appointment that I would have to be awake instead. I literally cried like a big dorky baby. What more can I say about Dr. Costello that hasn't been said. He is a compassionate, kind person with excellent bedside manners. Dr. Costello makes sure that one does not feel any pain during any procedure. He is my oral surgeon for life. His staff is very friendly and professional, from Enrico the receptionist to the nurses. If I could I would give them 10 stars. I highly recommend Dr. Costello's services for any extraction, bone graft or any dental procedure. He is simply the BEST!
The entire Dr. Costello Team are top notch. I had an extraction back in 2018, and I'll get another one this January 27th, 2025. I usually get anxiety going to any dentist. Dr. Costello walks flawlessly around you and he's very pleasant to speak to. He's very gentle, compassionate, professional and highly skilled in the field. He explains everything clearly and he'll answer all your questions. Their staff are great and very friendly. If you need an Oral Surgeon, Dr. Costello is your guy!
My 24 year old daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed. The pain and swelling increased for 4 days. She called the office several times before getting a response. She sent pictures of how swollen her mouth was and that her pain was a 10 out of 10. (She has a high threshold of pain!). The doctor prescribed amoxicillin and didn't tell her to come in for him to check her mouth out. I am such a big scared cat..got myself all worked up to get a tooth extraction. Everyone was so calming and nice and I felt much better within minutes..Extraction was super quick and painless..next time, I won't be scared.
