I have the same pain I had pre-op as I have post-op rotator cuff surgery. I find Dr. Brown unapproachable, rude and lacks empathy. His surgical skills are good but he doesn’t deal well with complications or continuous pain. He barely touched the surgical area at any of my post-op visits.
Had I known this was the same Doctor I saw in 2018 I never would have allowed to be booked with him. As soon as he walked in, his disinterested, condescending, snippy, clipped attitude came flooding back. I asked him if he was the Dr I saw in 2018. He said yes and that was it. No familiarity at all. Once again he acted like I interrupted his day. I tried to explain something to him. He wouldn't hear it. ACL surgery on my left in 2017. Lost all feeling in the front of my shin, have a large protruding bump on my knee/shin... come to find out, it's the left over part of the screw. I tore my right ACL and went to Dr. Decio and had the best experience. Brown is awful with patients, tries to get the appointments over with as soon as possible and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. My left knee has never felt the same. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
