I contacted Miceli Roofing after reading great reviews and excellent BBB A+ rating. I made the right choice! Janine from the office quickly setup an inspection appointment. I had a leak from a roof vent during the ice dam buildup from the blizzard of 26. John inspected the roof, gutters and both vents. He also took pictures of the roof. He suggested that I check the attick insulation, there may not be enough. He did not try to upsell me on recaulking the vent, since it only leaked during ice buildup. Micheli Roofing are the real deal! John and his wife took the time to talk with me and explain the options I had for my roof problems. They were not trying to make money; they were trying to solve my problem with me! I highly recommend this company! You know it's a top-notch company when the owner of the company still gets on the roof with his employees to get the job done!
The team at Miceli roofing was very efficient & quick at removing the snow/ice dams off my roof within days after a historic blizzard. Highly recommend them!! Lydia was helpful & pleasant to speak to making the initial appointment. Tony arrived with a team of brave guys to go up on an icy roof to clear off what started becoming an issue inside.
