Dr Burch is very through but very human. His kindness and concern are heart warming. He always explains everything and really listens to you. I was very fearful when I was diagnosed and he was so comforting. He is how a Doctor should be.
Dr. Burch looked at my records for the last 5 years. He was able to explain what he thought could be what was causing my issue and even drew a picture. He did the necessary test and eventually was able to figure out my problem and the treatment
I love that he listens, he asks questions and really works to get to the bottom of your health issues.
He is fast but thorough He is patient and kind and explains everything very well.
From the first initial visit to the present the whole care and thoughtfulness has been what any patient would want to experience. I have visited him and his staff many times with not one time filling uncared for, or why did I come all the way from Longview which is approx. 100 miles away. Every question that I have ever had has been answered in a way that I was able to understand and follow. One of the best experiences, if any that one can have when going to a doctor's office.
Dr. Burch is a hemotologist and helped me understand some of my blood tests. He fully understood my medical history and provided very good analysis of my blood tests. Very friendly and compassionate.
