RecommendedI,enjoyed living at Miami View Apartments. Spacious apartments for a,decent price. It was quiet for the most part and very clean.
I loved living at Miamiview. I rented for almost 3 yrs till I purchased a home. The leasing office people were always pleasant and remembered my name! Maintenance requests were always dealt with promptly and efficiently.. Grounds were always well kept and had a rural feel to being up on the hill.. Loved it!
Got charged $125 for a strong odor removal. Rent increased from 795 to 810 after yr lease went to month to month. No pets non smoker not sure how that happened. Free hi speed internet is more like free internet you would rather do without. Says no motorcycles yet there are plenty of motorcycles stored in the garages but i couldn't bring mine. Truly feel margo had a thing for me. Maintenance is slow to fix anything. The ac units are starting to blow. 2 of my friends had mold in their units the pool has seen better days. Commo... read more
I lived a Miamiview apartments for a little over a year and I was extremely happy with my experience. The management staff are the friendliest I have ever seen at an apartment complex. They were extremely helpful, flexible for when I moved in and moved out and listened to any concerns I had. I had a two bedroom apartment and I loved how clean, spacious and affordable it was! Maintenance also was very quick to respond to any requests and the job was always completed within days. I was very happy and recommend living here!
I lived at Miamiview for 2 years. I loved it and my neighbor's. Anytime I had a problem maintenance and office were courteous and fast at resolving the issue. I highly recommend this place.
It is perfect space and you can make alot of friends there is a public pool and basketball court.
