Since PLK has taken over the price of everything has increased. The rent has raised for no other reason then for their profit, They raised the price of the laundry. I am surprised they dont charge for parking now. I there is not enough parking. They say 2 vehicles per unit, but there is no way for them to control that. Many have more than that. I've lived here for a little over 10 yrs always said I would never leave. The management always made everyone feel like family especially Margo she is sorely missed. Now its just all about the money office people are rude not helpful and definitely not friendly so I'm looking for a new home it's not the same anymore.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! They say they're pet friendly, but have been looking for every excuse to get our dog kicked out. We've lived here for about a month and our dog has severe separation anxiety and is still getting acclimated to our apartment, so she's been barking while we're gone for work during the day. Wow is all i can say!! and not for the good.. Sorry to see Margo Igel leave, she was best thing ever happened to MIamiView. She was the reason that we moved into this place. Best Customer service we ever received was from HER!
