The Doctors are pleasant. The staff is horrible! When I called to follow up and asked why no-one called me after a procedure, the reply was rude. I told the person they lacked customer service skills, and his response was: “Well, if you are not happy here, go somewhere else!” Wow. This says so much about an office.
