Rosemary Harwood Arrived on Sunday emergency. My pup was kept until Wed when I was told she would need surgery. The medical reports provided were incomprehensible. the reports would be provided to me by the vet and then she would tell me to get rid of the last report and would hand me a new very different daily report. It was like a shell game.
