I am very unhappy with the results and was expected to pay again if I needed to follow up even though there was no improvement in my spider veins. The doctor was rough , impatient and did not change needles after a few injections to keep procedure as comfortable as possible. I asked to see another doctor at their office but was told I would be charged all over again even for an evaluation . Great office. Employees really care about patients. They do their best to help assist patients in a timely manner.

This office is awful!! The doctors may be competent but the office is ran so poorly that it doesn’t make a difference. They do not respect appointment times, they do not return phone calls, and the front desk does not acknowledge patients whatsoever. I have never experienced a “specialist” practice that is so chaotic and unprofessional. Out of all 5 appointments each one was 30 mins to 1.5 hours late and I had placed no less than 20 calls and voicemails to the surgical coordinator with no return call.

Initial 2 appointments for examination and follow on for Ultrasound "studies" went well. Next appointment for 6-month follow-up was routine concluding with a Doctor's order for a CAT Scan for which I was instructed to have performed at a subsidiary, Miami Cardiac and Vascular facility. Procedure performed on 9/19/22. To this date I have NOT been contacted br either "medical" facility to provide me Radiology Review/Comments!
