someone tell my? My surgery will be in 2 months I need a consultation with Dr. Torres and I call every day to ask for this consultation and they always tell me that they are going to give it to me but nothing ever happens very bad service

BEWARE!!! NEVER BOOK WITH MIAMI SURGICAL CENTER!!! Maria was my coordinator. Dr DeLeon is who I was assigned to. I specifically asked if they would be able to complete my FMLA paperwork BEFORE I PAID MY $500 deposit. I was told they would. My job will not let me off unless they have this. So When I sent my paperwork in Maria told me that the doctor REFUSED to fill out my paperwork and said that she doesn’t complete those!! Like what??? Do not got to this place. They switch doctors on you. They do not provide thorough info and leaving patients hanging. These people are scam artist and they take your money. They don't take time to explain anything. You are treated like a number at a chop shop. The staff is rude not pleasant at all. Customer service and etiquette training definitely needed. I can’t get anyone to schedule my surgery date! 😡 They were so helpful when they took my money and now it’s crickets trying to get someone to answer a phone, email or text.
